2024 Club Championship

August 10th & 11th

Tournament Format

• The tournament will be conducted in stroke play

• Men’s Championship play Blue Tees

• Senior Men’s play White Tees (55+)

• Super Senior Men’s play Yellow Tees (70+)

• All Women Divisions will play the Yellow Tees

Course Rules

• Local rules of the course must be followed.

• Lie may be raked and replaced in all bunkers.

• Out-of-bounds areas are white markers,  penalty areas are red markers, GUR areas are blue markers. If there are any discrepancies, play two golf balls and speak to the scorers after the round.

• On Hole #15 you will play preferred lies, a golfer can lift and clean a golf ball and move it up to six inches in any direction (but not closer to the hole). This applies everywhere, but the green.

Scoring

• Players must keep accurate scorecards and ensure they are signed by both the player and their marker.

• Scorecards must be submitted to the Pro Shop immediately after completion of the round.

 

Player Conduct

 

• Players must exhibit good sportsmanship at all times.

• Unsportsmanlike behaviour, including but not limited to cheating or damaging course property, will result in disqualification.

• Players must follow the instructions of course marshals and AGC Staff.

Timing

• Players must be at their assigned tee time at least 5 minutes before the start of play.

• Pace of play will be monitored. Players behind in pace will receive a warning. If they need to be warned more than once they may receive a stroke penalty. 

• Players should complete their round in 4.5 hours.

After Your Round

• Please join us in the restaurant after golf.

• We will announce the winners and award prizes after round 2.
